Kelly has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources within the healthcare and insurance industries.  She originally studied at University of Nebraska where she received her BA.  Kelly is a member of the Kishwaukee Area HR Management Association.  The best piece of advice she’s ever been given was simple and to the point:  Always be on time.  Hence why one of her pet peeves is when people aren’t punctual!  Her other pet peeve is seeing others give up before truly applying themselves as part of her job is to help others succeed.  In her free time Kelly regularly reads HR Magazine and one of her goals is to see the world before she dies.  Kelly firmly believes that, in life, you shouldn’t sweat the small stuff.  That’s why she borrowed her personal motto from Bob Marley:  “Every little thing is going to be alright.”
