Fred Schroeder
Fred joined Crum-Halsted’s Chicago team in 2020 after graduating with a BS in Civil Engineering and working within the world of disaster restoration. He specializes in risk management strategies for commercial real estate – especially condo property management. Fred is married to his lovely wife Joanna and has two kids: Dylan and Klara. When not working he likes to slow things down by traveling and spend his time enjoying the outdoors (preferably golfing) with good friends, good cigars, and good bourbon. Fred always says to keep in mind that your age is the speed limit of your life. So, enjoy each day because time will only go faster and faster!
